Need a Wheelchair?
If you are a Medicare recipient, you may be eligible for a power wheelchair.

Medicare recipients may be eligible to receive a power wheelchair if they suffer from arthritis, respiratory disorders, cardiovascular disease, pain, gait instability and other conditions that impair a beneficiary's ability to participate in completing activities of daily living. For more information on Medicare eligibility call 1-866-631-3022. Please give 24 hour advance notice.

Elder Services Network is a non-profit organization providing programs and services for those 60 and older throughout Northern St. Louis County, Minnesota. Our goal is to help Seniors improve their quality of life to remain healthy, independent and living in their own homes.

Our programs and services include (view all at a glance):

TeleCare - Volunteers make regular friendly phone calls to the homebound
Groceries to Go - Volunteers grocery shop for those unable to do so for themselves
Loan Closet - Recycled durable medical equipment available on loan
East Range Chore Services - Home repair and handyman services
CARE - Caregiver Consultant Services - Support for caregivers

We also colaborate with The Senior Reporter to publish annually a Senior & Caregiver Resource Guide, a comprehensive listing of area services for older adults.
